Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 - eggs
- 8 - saltine crackers,crushed
- 1/2 package meatloaf seasoning mix
- 15 ounces can tomatoe sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- dash salt and pepper
- 1 medium yellow onion,chopped
How To Make meatloaf

Step 1preheat oven to 375f.line a baking dish with aluminum foil,mix the ground beef,eggs,crackers,season mix,onion and 1/2 can of tomatoe sauce in large mixing bowl.when well blended,put in prepared pan,shape into a loaf.

Step 2take the rest of the tomatoe sauce and mix it in a small bowl with the brown sugar,pour over meatloaf.

Step 3cook until center of meatloaf is well done.about halfway through cooking drain grease from pan.
