    lean ground beef

    saltine crackers,crushed
  • 1/2 pkg
    meatloaf seasoning mix
  • 15 oz
    can tomatoe sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • 1 medium
    yellow onion,chopped

How to Make meatloaf


  1. preheat oven to 375f.line a baking dish with aluminum foil,mix the ground beef,eggs,crackers,season mix,onion and 1/2 can of tomatoe sauce in large mixing bowl.when well blended,put in prepared pan,shape into a loaf.
  2. take the rest of the tomatoe sauce and mix it in a small bowl with the brown sugar,pour over meatloaf.
  3. cook until center of meatloaf is well done.about halfway through cooking drain grease from pan.
