this is my husband's recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 - eggs
  • 8 - saltine crackers,crushed
  • 1/2 package meatloaf seasoning mix
  • 15 ounces can tomatoe sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • dash salt and pepper
  • 1 medium yellow onion,chopped

How To Make meatloaf

  • Step 1
    preheat oven to 375f.line a baking dish with aluminum foil,mix the ground beef,eggs,crackers,season mix,onion and 1/2 can of tomatoe sauce in large mixing bowl.when well blended,put in prepared pan,shape into a loaf.
  • Step 2
    take the rest of the tomatoe sauce and mix it in a small bowl with the brown sugar,pour over meatloaf.
  • Step 3
    cook until center of meatloaf is well done.about halfway through cooking drain grease from pan.
