Ingredients For meatloaf

  • POUND AN HALF OF GROUND BEEF, 1 SMALL CAN OF TOMATO SAUCE, SOY SAUCE,WHISTURSHIRE SAUCE,GARLIC POWDER,HALF YELLOW ONION, SALTINE CRACKERS,OATMEAL,EGGS,MILK,SALT N'PEPPER

How To Make meatloaf

    In large mixing bowl add beef and half yellow onion diced. Add half can of tomato sauce, add 1 egg, add 3TBLS of milk. sprinkle soy sauce and whisturshire sauce over the top of meat sprinkle on some garlic powder and salt and pepper. Add half package of crackers crunched up. Sprinkle oatmeal over meat then mix with hands , Mix well if the mixer won't form a meatball and appears to be to loose add more oats. When you can form a meatball then the mixer is ready to make a big ball shape it like a football and place in baking dish (Aluminum pan) works well...

    Bake in oven 325 for an hour or until center is NOT PINK!!! When done add the other half of the tomato sauce on top of meat loaf and spread it all over then put back in oven until it thickens. Some times I had cheese slices on top of the meat loaf as well you don't have to do this, but if you like cheese you might want to try it!!! :*)
