Meatloaf is really simple to make and is all based on what you personally like. This recipe is just a base to follow. I usually add whatever spices I am in the mood for that day. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2lbs - medium ground beef
- 2tbsp - garlic pepper
- 1/4cup - onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1/2cup - chunky chili sauce
- 1/4cup - any bbq sauce(your favourite)
- 2 - large eggs
- 2tbsp - worcestershire sauce
- 1/2-3/4cup - bread crumbs or panko crumbs
How To Make meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 325F

Step 2Mix all ingredients but the bread crumbs. Once all mixed add the crumbs. You don't want the meat to be too dry or too wet. It should hold together on its own. Form into a loaf shape. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Place ``roast`` in pan but do not cover.

Step 3Put in oven and cook. I start to test the internal temperature after 90 minutes.Take it out when you reach a temperature of 160F. Place on a cutting board and tent with foil for 15 minutes.Slice and enjoy!
