1 largeonion, chopped

3 can(s)tomato soup
2 slicebread, torn into pieces
1/2 pkgvelvita cheese, cut into pieces
2 1/2 lbpotatoes, peeled and cut into large pieces
How to Make Meatloaf
- While meatloaf is baking, peal and chop potatoes into large pieces. (can use red skin potatoes if dont want to do any peeling) Set potatoes aside.
- In a sauce pan put 2 1/2 cans of tomato soup, 1/2 can water, and cut up pieces of velvita cheese. Heat on medium high, stirring frequently, till cheese is melted.
