Giant has meatloaf mix in the ground beef section. I would think other stores would have similar mixes of beef, pork and veal.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    meatloaf mix
  • 3
    bread slices, diced or torn small
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    diced onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    sage
  • ·
    ketchup

How to Make Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients except ketchup in a large bowl, mixing well
  2. Place in greased loaf pan.
  3. Spread a layer of ketchup over the top.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. After the first hour, I remove some of the extra grease and then continue baking.
