  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    pepperidge farm (herb seasoned) stuffin
  • 1/4-1 c
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    barbecue sauce
  • 2
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard, ground
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Meatloaf


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. By rule I usually like to mix all liquids and spices together while mixing the coarse ingredients together. I have listed the first three ingredients that put together while mixing the other ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the liquid to the beef mixture and stir with your hand.
  4. Mold into a loaf. Place in baking dish. I drizzle ketchup on top.
  5. Bake for one hour.
    Let rest for about 15 mins. Slice and serve.
