Ingredients
- - 2 lbs. ground beef
- - 1 egg
- - 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- - 1 t. oregano
- - 2 drops garlic oil
- - 1 onion, chopped fine
- - 2 t. salt
How To Make meatballs (polpetta)

Step 1Mix ingredient together and form into balls. Brown in hot oil. Serves 6

Step 2Note: This is such an old recipe, I'm not even sure they make garlic oil anymore. I think I'd substitute a small clove of garlic, minced.
