2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 t. oregano
2 drops garlic oil
1 onion, chopped fine
2 t. salt

How to Make Meatballs (Polpetta)


  • 1Mix ingredient together and form into balls. Brown in hot oil. Serves 6
  • 2Note: This is such an old recipe, I'm not even sure they make garlic oil anymore. I think I'd substitute a small clove of garlic, minced.
