    2 lbs. ground beef
  • ·
    1 egg
  • ·
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • ·
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • ·
    1 t. oregano
  • ·
    2 drops garlic oil
  • ·
    1 onion, chopped fine
  • ·
    2 t. salt

How to Make Meatballs (Polpetta)

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix ingredient together and form into balls. Brown in hot oil. Serves 6
  2. Note: This is such an old recipe, I'm not even sure they make garlic oil anymore. I think I'd substitute a small clove of garlic, minced.
