Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated (or a medium onion finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 2 dashes hot sauce (any kind will do)
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup seasoned crackers (crushed)
How To Make momma's meatballs

Step 1Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Step 2Place the defrosted beef and ground turkey into a mixing bowl, and season with salt, onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.

Step 3Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (I use an ice cream scoop to make them uniform in size), and place onto a baking sheet.

Step 4Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes.
