Hands down THE best meatballs you will ever taste..or make.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated (or a medium onion finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 dashes hot sauce (any kind will do)
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup seasoned crackers (crushed)

How To Make momma's meatballs

  • Step 1
    Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Step 2
    Place the defrosted beef and ground turkey into a mixing bowl, and season with salt, onion, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, hot pepper sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
  • Step 3
    Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Mix until evenly blended, then form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (I use an ice cream scoop to make them uniform in size), and place onto a baking sheet.
  • Step 4
    Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes.
