Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground round or chuck
- 2 - egg beaten
- 1 - small onion , diced
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup carrots shredded
- SAUCE
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons mustard
How To Make meatballs-n-sauce

Step 1MEATBALLS: Mix meat, eggs, onion, bread crumbs, cheese and carrots together and form into meatballs. Place in a loaf pan.

Step 2SAUCE: Blend brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Pour on top of meatballs and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
