Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 pinches salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 to 1/2 cans water
How To Make meatballs & mushroom soup

Step 1In a large sauce pan add cream of mushroom soup add 1/2 to a full can of water depending upon how thick you want it.

Step 2Roll ground beef into meatballs, about walnut size or 1"; place them in mushroom soup in pot. Make a single layer.

Step 3Add salt & pepper to taste.

Step 4Cook on medium heat, uncovered for about 30-40 minutes until meatballs are cooked.

Step 5Serve over potatoes, egg noodles, or bread. My Dad loved it- goes great with green beans.
