Mom made these meatballs, which Aunt Delia, who got Mom's recipe, made for every spaghetti supper or family meal (she also went behind Grandma W's back to season the spaghetti sauce her way, then Grandma W would do the same, it was very amusing for me!).

Ingredients
- 4 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups gonella bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, freshly grated
- 1/4 cup parsley, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
How To Make meatballs, mom's

Step 1Mix beef and pork. Combine with remaining ingredients. Make balls the size of golf balls and brown over med heat.
