2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make meatballs in the oven

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Roll into 1-1/2 inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 2

Bake at 400 degrees, about 20 to 24 iminutes.
