How to Make Meatballs in Mushroom Sauce
- 1In a large bowl, mix ground beef, eggs,onions, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper thoroughly. Form into balls. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 2Clean mushrooms thoroughly and slice. Saute lightly in butter.
- 3Alternate layers of meatballs and mushrooms in slow cooker. Add mushroom soup diluted with water.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until thoroughly heated.
