- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make meatballs in chipotle sauce

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except chipotle sauce, together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.

Step 2Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat.

Step 3Cover and simmer until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes.

Step 4Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
