This reminds me of the meatballs they used to serve at Ponderosa when I was a kid. So yummy!

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    brown gravy mix + 2 cups water
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 1 can
    beef consommé
  • 2 pkg
    prepared meatballs or your homemade

How To Make

    Place meatballs in a large slow cooker
  • 2
    in a large saucepan, prepare brown gravy according to package directions
  • 3
    Stir soup, consomme, and onion powder into gravy until smooth.

    pour over meatballs.

    Cook on low for 4 hours or half that time for high.

    Serve by itself or over noodles, rice or potatoes.
