4 lb
lean ground beef
egg, slightly beaten
1 large
onion, grated
salt to taste
12 oz
hot chili sauce
12 oz
jar of grape jelly
juice from 1 lemon


1Blend together meat, egg, onion and salt.
2Form into 100 small meatballs.
3Cook until well browned; drain off any extra fat.
4Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.
5Pour over meatballs and simmer in skillet until heated through.
6Serve in heated chafing dish.
