- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1 - small, sweet onion, chopped fine

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup catalina salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 - small, sweet onion chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
How To Make meatballs and sauce

Step 1Mix all meatball ingredients and form into small, meatballs (slightly larger than the diameter of a quarter. Put meatballs into preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Make the sauce. Turn meatballs and pour sauce over them. Put back in oven for 30 more minutes.

Step 2You can make these meatballs ahead of time and freeze. Then simply thaw, make sauce and cook.I usually make two batches -- eat one and freeze one for later. This recipe doubles easily.
