Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 5 cups tomato juice
- 1 package dry spaghetti sauce mix
- 8 ounces egg noodles
How To Make meatballs and noodles monte carlo

Step 1Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and milk. Shape into about 12 balls. Melt butter in large skillet. Add the meatballs and brown on all sides. Push the meatballs to the side. Add the tomato juice and spaghetti sauce mix. Blend well. Bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile cook noodles in boiling salted water. Drain and serve with the sauce over top.
