Ingredients

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup evap milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2-3 - drops tabasco sauce

How To Make meatballs ala swiss

  • Step 1
    Mix beef, 1/3 cup evap milk, catsup, parsley flakes, mustard, salt and pepper. with wet hands, shape into 16 meat balls about 1 1/2 inch diameter. Put in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes or until brown. Drain. Mix soup, cheese, 1/3 cup evap milk, water and tabasco. Pour over meat balls and bake 10 min more or until bubbly. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Makes about 4 servings.
