Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup evap milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2-3 - drops tabasco sauce
How To Make meatballs ala swiss

Step 1Mix beef, 1/3 cup evap milk, catsup, parsley flakes, mustard, salt and pepper. with wet hands, shape into 16 meat balls about 1 1/2 inch diameter. Put in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes or until brown. Drain. Mix soup, cheese, 1/3 cup evap milk, water and tabasco. Pour over meat balls and bake 10 min more or until bubbly. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Makes about 4 servings.
