  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c
    catsup
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 can(s)
    10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c
    evap milk
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2-3
    drops tabasco sauce

How to Make Meatballs ala swiss

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix beef, 1/3 cup evap milk, catsup, parsley flakes, mustard, salt and pepper. with wet hands, shape into 16 meat balls about 1 1/2 inch diameter.
    Put in a shallow baking pan. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
    Drain. Mix soup, cheese, 1/3 cup evap milk, water and tabasco. Pour over meat balls and bake 10 min more or until bubbly. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Makes about 4 servings.
