Family favorite. I usually make about 7 pounds instead of the 1 1/2. They freeze beautifully and it's good quality time in the kitchen with the grandkids.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound sweet italian sausage
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- - vegetable oil
- - spaghetti sauce
How To Make meatballs

Step 1In large bowl, combine beef, sausage, eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs . Form into balls and set aside

Step 2In large pan, Heat vegetable oil. Place meatballs in pan, brown in one side, turn over, cover and brown for another 5-8 minutes.

Step 3Remove meatballs from oil and drain on paper towels

Step 4Add meatballs to sauce to continue cooking.
