meatball, veggie and fruit kabobs party platter
These meatball kabobs make a great party platter. Add peppers, cherry tomatoes, 1/4rd onions , you can even add pineapple chunks and strawberries. ( best to use metal skewers) Hint 1 ... cut veggies and fruit a little smaller than size of meatballs to ensure meatballs are resting on grill grate for through and through doneness. Hint 2 ... spray metal skewer with non cook cooking spray for easier removal. When fully cooked just slide onto party platter.
