1/3 c
chopped onion
1/4 c
seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1 lb
ground beef
loaf of italian bread, cut into 1" pieces
8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
mayonnaise (not light or fat free)
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1/4 tsp
2 c
shredded mozzarella
28 oz
spaghetti sauce
1 c
2 clove
garlic, minced

How to Make Meatball Sub Casserole


  • 1Mix together onion, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and beef. Shape into 1" balls; place in a shallow baking pan. Bake @ 400 for 15-20 mins.
  • 2Arrange bread in ungreased 13"x9" pan.
  • 3Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and pepper; spread over bread and sprinkle with 1/2 Cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • 4Combine spaghetti sauce, water, garlic, and meatballs. Pour and arrange over bread. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • 5Bake uncovered @ 350 for 30 min.
