meatball stroganoff
The fresh mushrooms make this especially delicious. It is great served with baked potatoes,mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon oil for frying meatballs
- 1/4 cup butter for browning mushrooms
- 1/2 pound fresh button mushrooms, sliced
- 3/4 cup minced fresh onions
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
How To Make meatball stroganoff

Step 1Combine beef, milk,bread crumbs,salt,pepper and fresh parsley; form into meatballs. I make about 24-28; or 1 & 1/2" size; and brown in oil.

Step 2In a separate frypan melt butter and saute the minced onions and fresh mushrooms. Add paprika,flour,beef broth,Optional *Worcestershire sauce and cook about fifteen minutes longer. Stir gently.

Step 3Then add sour cream and simmer ten minutes.*optional seasoning- I used Berber Spice this time which is a mixture of Paprika, garlic,salt, coriander, chili,onion,cinnamon, ginger,pepper and others! I started with 1/2 tsp., and added another 1/2 tsp. instead of the Worcestershire sauce. I accidentlly used the whole cup of sour cream!
