Ingredients

  • MEATBALLS:

  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    quick-cooking oats
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • SAUCE:

  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 8-oz c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • BOILED NOODLES

How to Make Meatball Stroganoff with Noodles

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 4oo degrees.
    Combine egg, ketchup, oats, onion and salt. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
  2. Place in a greased 11-inch by 7-inch by 2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, milk and paprika; heat through. Add meatballs, cover and simmer until heated through, stirring often.
  4. Serve over noodles that have been tossed with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon minced parsley.
