Ingredients
- MEATBALLS:
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground beef
- SAUCE:
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 8-oz cups sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- BOILED NOODLES
How To Make meatball stroganoff with noodles

Step 1Preheat oven to 4oo degrees. Combine egg, ketchup, oats, onion and salt. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.

Step 2Place in a greased 11-inch by 7-inch by 2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3In a large saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, milk and paprika; heat through. Add meatballs, cover and simmer until heated through, stirring often.

Step 4Serve over noodles that have been tossed with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon minced parsley.
