Ingredients

  • MEATBALLS:
  • 1 - egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • SAUCE:
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 8-oz cups sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • BOILED NOODLES

How To Make meatball stroganoff with noodles

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 4oo degrees. Combine egg, ketchup, oats, onion and salt. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
  • Step 2
    Place in a greased 11-inch by 7-inch by 2-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    In a large saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, milk and paprika; heat through. Add meatballs, cover and simmer until heated through, stirring often.
  • Step 4
    Serve over noodles that have been tossed with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon minced parsley.
