Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 4 pounds lean ground beef
- MEATBALL SANDWICHES
- 30 - meatballs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 - sandwich rolls
How To Make meatball sandwiches

Step 1For Meatballs: In a large bowl beat eggs. Add breadcrumbs, onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper. Stir. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place ina single layer in baking pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn often. Cool and freeze. Stays good for up to four months. Makes two batches for meatball sandwich recipe below (approximately 60 meatballs).

Step 2Meatball Sandwiches: Mix ketchup, brown sugar, onion, and garlic powder. Put meatballs in a baking dish (single layer) and pour ketchup mixture over the top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Step 3Serve meatballs on sandwich rolls with desired toppings. This recipe goes great with my potato salad.
