I found this in a magazine some tme ago. It's really a super meal and so easy...Just layer the ingredients in a crock pot and voila...you have a great dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 pound baby cut carrots
- 1 pound small, red potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 jar (med). sliced, drained mushrooms
- 1 large onion, cut into wedges
- 24 ounces frozen meatballs, thawed (the amount you want)
- 1 jar beef gravy
- 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make meatball pot roast

Step 1Layer in order given. Cover in cook in crockpot on low setting for 8-10 hours.

Step 2I made this the night before and zapped it in the microwave (covered good with seran) the next day to heat it up. It has enough juice so it doesn't dry out. ENJOY !
