Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste, or ketchup
  • 2 ounces mushrooms, sliced, optional
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 package pepperoni, optional

How To Make meat-ze-pie

  • Step 1
    Combine ground meat with milk, bread crumbs, salt and garlic.
  • Step 2
    Press into shape of pie plate (9").
  • Step 3
    Spread tomato paste over meat.
  • Step 4
    Top with pepperoni and mushrooms if desired.
  • Step 5
    Top with cheddar cheese, (or mozzarella), sprinkle with oregano, then parmesan cheese.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
