ground beef
6 oz
evaporated milk
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
1/3 c
tomato paste, or ketchup
2 oz
mushrooms, sliced, optional
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp
2 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 pkg
pepperoni, optional

How to Make Meat-Ze-Pie


  • 1Combine ground meat with milk, bread crumbs, salt and garlic.
  • 2Press into shape of pie plate (9").
  • 3Spread tomato paste over meat.
  • 4Top with pepperoni and mushrooms if desired.
  • 5Top with cheddar cheese, (or mozzarella), sprinkle with oregano, then parmesan cheese.
  • 6Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
