Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 6 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/3 c
    tomato paste, or ketchup
  • 2 oz
    mushrooms, sliced, optional
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp
    oregano
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pkg
    pepperoni, optional

How to Make Meat-Ze-Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine ground meat with milk, bread crumbs, salt and garlic.
  2. Press into shape of pie plate (9").
  3. Spread tomato paste over meat.
  4. Top with pepperoni and mushrooms if desired.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese, (or mozzarella), sprinkle with oregano, then parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
