i got this recipe from my sister-n-law they are delicious

1/2 to1 lb
of the leanest ground beef you can find
1 pkg
of frozen white bread dough thawed in refrigerater
1 tsp
of crushed red pepper flakes or more depending on your taste
1 tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
mushrooms, canned drained opptional
parmesan cheese

How to Make meat roll


  • 1roll out bread dough about to 1 inch
  • 2spread hamburger onto bread dough
  • 3spread all the seasoning onto the meat
  • 4add mushrooms
  • 5roll up the bread dough and mixture cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces roll one side into parmesan cheese
  • 6place rolls in a bread pan with sides cheese side up and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes to 30 minutes
