Ingredients
- 1/2 to1 pound of the leanest ground beef you can find
- 1 package of frozen white bread dough thawed in refrigerater
- 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes or more depending on your taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - mushrooms, canned drained opptional
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make meat roll

Step 1roll out bread dough about to 1 inch

Step 2spread hamburger onto bread dough

Step 3spread all the seasoning onto the meat

Step 4add mushrooms

Step 5roll up the bread dough and mixture cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces roll one side into parmesan cheese

Step 6place rolls in a bread pan with sides cheese side up and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes to 30 minutes
