i got this recipe from my sister-n-law they are delicious

  • 1/2 to1 lb
    of the leanest ground beef you can find
  • 1 pkg
    of frozen white bread dough thawed in refrigerater
  • 1 tsp
    of crushed red pepper flakes or more depending on your taste
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    mushrooms, canned drained opptional
  • ·
    parmesan cheese

How to Make meat roll


  1. roll out bread dough about to 1 inch
  2. spread hamburger onto bread dough
  3. spread all the seasoning onto the meat
  4. add mushrooms
  5. roll up the bread dough and mixture cut into 1/2 inch to 1 inch pieces roll one side into parmesan cheese
  6. place rolls in a bread pan with sides cheese side up and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes to 30 minutes
