Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 - egg
- 4 - medium potatoes diced
- 4 - carrots, chopped
- 1 - onion chopped
- 4 - stalks of celery diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 box beef broth
- 1 - envelope of beef stew seasoning
- 1 - canned buttermilk biscuits
How To Make meat puffins and hobo stew

Step 1For Meatballs, mix first six ingredients then form into eight meatballs.

Step 2bake in oven on cookie sheet until browned then set aside about 10 minutes

Step 3place potatoes, onion, carrots and celery in beef broth add tomatoes, bay leaves and beef stew seasoning cook until vegetables are done,

Step 4roll out biscuits place one meatball on each biscuits then close place in a greased large size muffin pan and bake at 325 until golden brown.

Step 5To serve place meat puffin on plate then spoon stew over it
