Ingredients

  • 32 oz
    bread, pizza or croisant dough
  • 2 1/2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1
    onion
  • 29 oz
    saurkraut - rinse & drain
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter - melted

How to Make MEAT PIES

Step-by-Step

  1. 350 degree oven
    coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
  2. BROWN HAMBURGER AND ONION THEN DRAIN
    STIR IN SAURKRAUT, GARLIC SALT AND PEPPER
  3. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 18 PORTIONS
    CREATE EACH PORTION INTO A 5 INCH CIRCLE
  4. PLACE 1/3 CUP FILLING ONTO CENTER OF EACH DOUGH CIRCLE
    FOLD DOUGH UP TO EDGES & PINCH CLOSED
  5. BAKE SEAM SIDE UP ON BAKING SHEET 30 MIN.
    TOP WITH BUTTER
