1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon paprika

How To Make meat nests

Step 1

Mix together ground beef, flour, salt and pepper and bread crumbs.

Step 2

Line ungreased muffin tins with ground beef mixture about 1/4-inch thick.
Step 3

Fill meat nests with 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes.
Step 4

Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
