How to Make Meat Nests

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together ground beef, flour, salt and pepper and bread crumbs.
  2. Line ungreased muffin tins with ground beef mixture about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Fill meat nests with 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
