Ingredients
- 2/3 cup crakcer crumbs
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 - beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- PINQUANT SAUCE
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make meat loaf with piquant sauce

Step 1Add meat, eggs, cracker crumbs, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Place in greased loaf pan.

Step 2Combine Pinquant Sauce ingredients together in bowl and spread evenly on top of meatloaf. Bake 350 for one hour.

Step 3Remove from oven and let meatloaf set about 5 minutes before serving.
