So easy and so good. I've made this many times, and it's always a hit. You get your meat and veggies in one serving. Instead of the catsup, you can substitute barbecue sauce.

How to Make Meat Loaf with a Heart of Gold (TNT)

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix beef, salt, pepper, thyme, cracker crumbs, onion and milk. Mix until
    smooth.
  2. Put meat mixture on waxed paper, pat it out into a 12" square
  3. Drain
corn of all liquid. Mix cheese with corn and spread it over meat mixture up
to one inch of edge. Roll like a jelly roll, lifting wax paper to roll meat
over. Seal edges by pressing meat firmly together. Place in open roasting

and bake another 30 minutes. Let sit for about 12 minutes for easier
