Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 - carrots, grated
- 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
How To Make meat loaf teriyaki

Step 1Combine all but last 2 ingredients.

Step 2Form into 1 or 2 loaves and place in a 9 X 9\" baking dish.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Step 4Remove from oven and drain off grease.

Step 5Mix together the brown sugar and soy sauce and pour over meat.

Step 6Bake for 30 more minutes and remove meat to serving platter.

Step 7Pour sauce over sliced meat loaf or serve separately.
