Ingredients

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 - carrots, grated
  • 2 - garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

How To Make meat loaf teriyaki

  • Step 1
    Combine all but last 2 ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Form into 1 or 2 loaves and place in a 9 X 9\" baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Remove from oven and drain off grease.
  • Step 5
    Mix together the brown sugar and soy sauce and pour over meat.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 30 more minutes and remove meat to serving platter.
  • Step 7
    Pour sauce over sliced meat loaf or serve separately.
