lean ground beef
eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c
bread crumbs
1/2 c
green bell pepper, chopped
1 large
chopped onion
carrots, grated
garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
soy sauce

How to Make Meat Loaf Teriyaki


  • 1Combine all but last 2 ingredients.
  • 2Form into 1 or 2 loaves and place in a 9 X 9" baking dish.
  • 3Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • 4Remove from oven and drain off grease.
  • 5Mix together the brown sugar and soy sauce and pour over meat.
  • 6Bake for 30 more minutes and remove meat to serving platter.
  • 7Pour sauce over sliced meat loaf or serve separately.
