These meaty roll-ups are a treat even for the hungriest diner! They're very filling and ideal for pre-plating at a dinner party. The Test Kitchen
1 smallonion, chopped
1/2 ccracker crumbs
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 tspsoy sauce
1 cyour favorite stuffing (prepared)
How to Make Meat Loaf Roll-Ups
- Mix together hamburger,onion,cracker crumbs,salt, pepper, beaten egg. Make into 4-6 patties. Add about a spoonful of stuffing. Roll up and tuck in sides.
- Cover with 1 can of mushroom soup diluted with 3/4 can of water mixed with 1 tsp soy sauce & ketchup.
Bake in shallow pan 40 minutes at 350.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice with a nice side salad. So Yummy!
