  • 1 lb
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 dash(es)
  • 1 large
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can(s)
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 c
    your favorite stuffing (prepared)

How to Make Meat Loaf Roll-Ups


  1. Mix together hamburger,onion,cracker crumbs,salt, pepper, beaten egg. Make into 4-6 patties. Add about a spoonful of stuffing. Roll up and tuck in sides.
  2. Cover with 1 can of mushroom soup diluted with 3/4 can of water mixed with 1 tsp soy sauce & ketchup.
    Bake in shallow pan 40 minutes at 350.
  3. Serve with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice with a nice side salad. So Yummy!
