Ingredients

  • - 1 1/2 lbs. beef
  • - 3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • - 2 eggs
  • - parsley
  • - salt and pepper
  • - worcestershire sauce
  • - 1 onion, chopped
  • - 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • - 2 cups breadcrumbs with 3/4 cups milk
  • - ketchup
  • - slices of red onion (keep intact so they are like large disks)
  • - red wine, eyeball it, about 1/2 cup, optional

How To Make meat loaf in the round

  • Step 1
    Mix everything together in one big bowl. Mix in really well using your hands. Add as much ketchup as desired to this mixture.
  • Step 2
    form into a loaf or ring pan, or make a shape and bake it in a large pan. Top meat loaf with red onions and bake for 45 minutes at 350. You can substitute bacon slices for the onions. All ingredients can vary.
