These can be prepared ahead of time and take half as long to cook, which is really handy after church with two teenage boys!

2 - eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
4 tablespoons dried minced onion, or one chopped fresh
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
- additional ketchup, if desired

How To Make teacherman's meat loaf cups

Step 1

Turn oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.

Step 2

Add beef; mix well.
Step 3

Press into 12 foil lined or greased muffin cups.
Step 4

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until meat is no longer pink. Drain before serving. Drizzle with ketchup. if desired.
