This is a never-fail recipe for meat loaf that is a family favorite. Hope it become a favorite for your family as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 - onion, minced
  • 1 - bell pepper, minced
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon molasses

How To Make meat loaf

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, bell pepper, milk, bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 5x9" loaf pan OR form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish.
  • Step 2
    In a separate small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar and molasses. Mix well and pour over meat loaf.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
