Ingredients
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup onion, grated
- 2 - egg
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup oat meal
- 1/2 pound pork
- 1/4 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard (yellow will do in a pinch)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon tobasco (optional)
How To Make meat loaf

Step 1In a medium bowl combine milk and oatmeal. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir in eggs, horseradish, ketchup, garlic, Dijon, salt and pepper.

Step 2In a large bowl combine ground beef, pork, onions and carrots. Gently mix in oatmeal mixture until combined thoroughly. On a parchment or foil lined sheet pan shape mixture into a loaf. Score the top diagonally

Step 3Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Step 4For a Ketchup Glaze - Combine 1/2 cup Ketchup, 1 TBS diced garlic, 1 TBS Worchester sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 TBS Tabasco (optional) and slather on top. Bake another 30 minutes or until done.
