Great when served with Mash Potatoes and Baby Lima Beans. You could add tomato paste to the top if you like, but I don't cause my family does not like meatloaf with a sauce on top. This freezes well.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chuck
  • 1 package meat loaf mix (kroger brand works great or any store brand)
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (about 2 slices of bread)
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1/2 cup milk

How To Make meat loaf

  • Step 1
    Mix seasoning, beef, eggs, milk, onion and bread crumbs well.
  • Step 2
    Form into a loaf and place in a loaf pan and bake.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degree for about an hour, until meat is done. Cover with foil if top is getting to brown.
