Ingredients

  • - round steak--amount you desire-**cut in strips
  • 1 large onion-chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 4 - beef bouillon, cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups water

How To Make meat casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350'
  • Step 2
    In Dutch oven; brown round steak that has been cut into strips {like fajita meat} in small amount of oil. Remove after lightly brown. Add onion. Saute until tender.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
  • Step 4
    Let sit for about 10-15 minutes before opening lid to serve~
