Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 to 4 slices bread to yield appox. 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 4 - eggs
  • - chili powder and/or tabasco sauce to taste
  • SAUCE
  • 3 bottles hunt's hot ketchup
  • 1 ounce worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 ounces beer

How To Make meat balls

  • Step 1
    Mix first set of ingredients together well and form into soft fairly loose balls. Fry in Crisco on medium heat and drain on paper towels.
  • Step 2
    Mix all the sauce ingredients together well and bring to a boil. Put meat balls in a big pan or crock pot. Sauce should cover the meatballs completely. Simmer until meatballs are done and serve while warm.
