Ingredients
- 3 pounds ground beef
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 to 4 slices bread to yield appox. 1 cup bread crumbs
- 4 - eggs
- - chili powder and/or tabasco sauce to taste
- SAUCE
- 3 bottles hunt's hot ketchup
- 1 ounce worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 ounces beer
How To Make meat balls

Step 1Mix first set of ingredients together well and form into soft fairly loose balls. Fry in Crisco on medium heat and drain on paper towels.

Step 2Mix all the sauce ingredients together well and bring to a boil. Put meat balls in a big pan or crock pot. Sauce should cover the meatballs completely. Simmer until meatballs are done and serve while warm.
