Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    ground beef
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 to 4 slice
    bread to yield appox. 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 4
    eggs
  • ·
    chili powder and/or tabasco sauce to taste
  • SAUCE

  • 3 bottle
    hunt's hot ketchup
  • 1 oz
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 1 tsp
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 4 oz
    beer

How to Make Meat Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first set of ingredients together well and form into soft fairly loose balls. Fry in Crisco on medium heat and drain on paper towels.
  2. Mix all the sauce ingredients together well and bring to a boil. Put meat balls in a big pan or crock pot. Sauce should cover the meatballs completely. Simmer until meatballs are done and serve while warm.
