Ingredients
- 1-2 pound ground beef or ground venison
- 6-8 - good sz russet potatos
- 1 1/4c - bisquick
- 1 - egg
How To Make meat and potato pie

Step 1peel and cut potatos into bite sz pieces , put in lg pot , crumble and add ground beef , w/ enough water to cover and cook til potatos are done . save liquid from cooking

Step 2spoon mixture into lg baking dish and add enough of the cooking water to come about 1/2 way up sides of dish , ( can add pkg of frozen veggies at this point if you like )

Step 3in seprate bowl , mix bisquick mix w/ enough cooking water to make a med thin topping , pour over mix in baking dish , bake 350 for 20 - 30 min til topping is done .
