These directions are just from the back of the seasoning pack but I do think this makes a fabulous meat loaf.

  • 1 pkg
    mccormick seasoning mix for meat loaf
  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef or turkey
  • 2
    eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
    dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices of bread)
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup, chili sauce or tomato sauce (optional)

How to Make McCormick Meat Loaf


  1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.
  2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf.
  3. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9X5 inch loaf pan
  4. Top with ketchup, if desired.
  5. Bake in 375F oven for 1 hour or until cooked through
  6. Flavorful tips: Serve with McCormick Brown Gravy or Mushroom gravy
  7. Mini meat loaves: Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13 X 9 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 min.
