this is my personal favorite version of this type of sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1-2 can corned beef
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 2-4 tablespoons mayonaise
  • 1 - loaf sliced bread

How To Make ma's reubens

  • Step 1
    take the canned corned beef, and in a medium bowl mix the mayo until thoroughly combined, almost a thick paste consistency is what your looking for
  • Step 2
    open and drain the sauerkraut and place in a bowl
  • Step 3
    build your sandwiches, you can toast the bread if you wish
