Ingredients For mary's chili

2 1/2 lbground beef

1 lgonion, chopped

1 lggreen pepper, chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced

2 candiced tomotoes(14-15oz can), undrained

1 jarsalsa, mild

2 pkgold elpaso chili seasoning

1 1/2 cwater
-
2 candark red kidney beans(14-15oz can), drained

2 canpinto beans(14-15oz can), drained

1 ptsour cream
-
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1 bunchscallions, chopped
How To Make mary's chili

1Brown hamburger with onion, green pepper and garlic.

2In a large soup pot, place the next 6 ingredients and stir to mix well.

3Drain hamburger mixture and add to pot, stir to mix.

4Cook on low for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

5Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and scallions!
