My hubby calls himself a "meatloaf specialist" and he says he married me for my meatloaf so I thought I would share

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    90/10 hamburger
  • 1 pkg
    saltine cracker crumbs
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • ·
    salt, pepper, season salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic

How to Make married for my meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. mix all ingredients in large bowl
  2. spread evenly in 9x13 cake pan
  3. bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour, or until cooked through
