My father made this recipe a lot during the summer when I was growing up. The meat is best if marniated overnight- it gets very tender. It's a great and easy recipe!

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1-2 lb
beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
worchesteshire sauce
1/8 c
mustard
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 clove
garlic, finely choped
assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, baby red potatoes (par boileed), zuccini, etc

How to Make Marninated Beef Shish Kebabs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine soy sauce, worchesteshire, mustard, lemon juice, and chopped garlic and pour over beef chunks. Marinate at least 3 hours (it is best if they marinate overnight)
  • 2Drizzle vegetables of choice with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Skewer with meat. Grill on medium high heat. This is best served medium rare-medium so meat does not get too chewy.
