Marninated Beef Shish Kebabs

Kimberly Dillow

My father made this recipe a lot during the summer when I was growing up. The meat is best if marniated overnight- it gets very tender. It's a great and easy recipe!

1-2 lb
beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
worchesteshire sauce
1/8 c
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 clove
garlic, finely choped
assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, baby red potatoes (par boileed), zuccini, etc

1Combine soy sauce, worchesteshire, mustard, lemon juice, and chopped garlic and pour over beef chunks. Marinate at least 3 hours (it is best if they marinate overnight)
2Drizzle vegetables of choice with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Skewer with meat. Grill on medium high heat. This is best served medium rare-medium so meat does not get too chewy.
