Ingredients
- FOR SAUCE:
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large can of tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup red wine
- - olive oil
- FOR MEATBALLS:
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 1 - handful of seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 - egg
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
- FOR NOODLES:
- - noodles! :) angel hair or spaghetti
How To Make marky's delicious spaghetti and meatballs!

Step 1Meatballs first: preheat oven to 350.

Step 2in a bowl, mix beef with all other meatball ingredients.

Step 3shape into balls, put on a cookie sheet and bake for 35 mins.

Step 4While cooking, start your sauce. Saute garlic and dry spices in olive oil for 1 min. on medium heat.

Step 5Add tomato sauce, cook med. heat for 10 mins.

Step 6add wine, making sure to stir so all the wine is incorporated into the sauce. cook on med. low for at least 20 mins, ok to let it simmer on low for longer!

Step 7add salt and pepper.

Step 8follow directions on pasta box, make sure you time it with the sauce and meatballs!

Step 9put cooked meatballs in the sauce, serve over noodles. Enjoy!
