  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb
    beef top sirloin steak
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Marinated Sirloin Steak


  1. Place the steak in a large resealable container. In large bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over steak and seal container. Place in refrigerator. Let marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove the steak and discard the marinade. Grill, or broil, uncovered over medium high heat until your desired tenderness.
