Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds beef top sirloin steak
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make marinated sirloin steak

Step 1Place the steak in a large resealable container. In large bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over steak and seal container. Place in refrigerator. Let marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 2Remove the steak and discard the marinade. Grill, or broil, uncovered over medium high heat until your desired tenderness. 7 points per serving
