Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 pounds beef top sirloin steak
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make marinated sirloin steak

  • Step 1
    Place the steak in a large resealable container. In large bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over steak and seal container. Place in refrigerator. Let marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Step 2
    Remove the steak and discard the marinade. Grill, or broil, uncovered over medium high heat until your desired tenderness. 7 points per serving
