2 to 2 1/2 lb
beef top sirloin steak
1 1/2 c
3/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 c
worcestershire sauce
1 medium
onion, chopped
2 Tbsp
white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 tsp
dried parsley flakes
1 tsp
dried thyme
1 tsp
italian seasoning
1 tsp
black pepper

How to Make Marinated Sirloin Steak


  • 1Place the steak in a large resealable container. In large bowl, add all remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over steak and seal container. Place in refrigerator. Let marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 2Remove the steak and discard the marinade. Grill, or broil, uncovered over medium high heat until your desired tenderness.
